Sermon title: The Way of Peace

Synopsis:  The way of peace lies open before us.  It even has a name--Jesus.  We have only to take up our cross and follow him, and we will be on the path to peace.  However, this is not peace defined as the absence of conflict, or the absence of struggle.  We will journey towards a peace that is more like wholeness, or completion, or satisfaction, or perhaps all three of these.  And Jesus will be with us every step of the way, to help us carry our cross.
